Luyanda Mpungose is an aspiring engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Cadet at both MACS Maritime Carrier Shipping since June 2023 and the South African Maritime Training Academy since January 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Examination Assistant with the KZN Department of Education on two occasions in December 2022 and January 2021, where responsibilities involved operating under intense pressure and strict regulations. Luyanda holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Central University of Technology, Free State, completed in December 2021, and a Matric qualification from Vryheid High School, obtained in December 2018.
