Erika Salter

Erika Salter is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in retail management and media production. Currently serving as Senior Director and Store Manager at Macy's since November 2022, Erika has progressed through various roles within the company from Sales Manager to Director, Sales & Customer Experience over a span of nearly a decade. Prior experience includes founding Salter Entertainment Group LLC in 2007, where Erika held the position of Executive Producer, overseeing media projects for notable clients. Erika has also contributed to multiple television productions, including work as an Associate Producer for Lifetime Networks and roles in casting for popular reality shows. Erika holds an M.A. in Performance Studies from New York University and a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Hampton University.
