Michele Coleman has extensive experience in executive support roles within Macy's and its affiliated companies, spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resource Officer at Macy's since April 2015, Michele manages daily operations, complex scheduling, and travel arrangements while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Previously, Michele provided support to various executives, including roles as Executive Assistant to the EVP General Business Manager and the VP of Merchandise & Digital Strategy. Michele's career began at Federated Merchandising Group, where responsibilities included administrative support and coordination for senior executives in private brand jewelry and children's products.
