Nicole Lucas

Nicole Lucas SHRM-CP serves as the Director of Human Resources at MadCap Software, Inc., starting in November 2022, overseeing the development of innovative authoring and content management solutions. Prior to this role, Nicole was the Manager of Total Rewards at American Credit Acceptance from December 2021 to November 2022, focusing on empowering credit consumers in transportation. At Exagen Inc., Nicole established the first Human Resource department and implemented the first in-house HRIS from August 2020 to March 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resource Manager at Enviance | a Cority company from November 2015 to August 2020, managing all facets of HR and talent acquisition. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Champlain College.
