Olga Dushicheva

Olga Dushicheva has been working in the design industry since 2013. Olga started as a Designer at JAMI, then moved on to Kodix Automotive Digital as a Web Designer in 2016. In 2017, they became a Freelance Designer, working on projects for Blanc Bank, Mashina, Inversia Festival and Prostor.io. In 2021, they joined Buyk as a Lead Designer, where they were responsible for organization of company design process, synchronisation of product patterns, implementation of a design system, quality control of more than 15 B2B products, contribution on the designers knowledge base, mentoring designers, developing competency maps, and designers interview and new employees onboarding. Olga is currently a Senior Digital Designer at Made Design & Innovation.

Olga Dushicheva attended Moscow State University of Printing Arts (MGUP) from 2007 to 2012, where they earned their Specialist degree in Engineering.
