Chad Babel has a diverse range of work experience in the basketball industry. Chad started their career in 2003 as an Assistant to the Director of Youth Programs at BasketBall City. Chad then worked as a Coach for the New York Gauchos/Teamwork Foundation from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they became a Graduate Assistant for the Men's Basketball team at the University of Arkansas. Chad then worked as the Director of Elite Camps at The Hoop Group from 2010 to 2013. Following that, they joined Nike as a National Basketball Scout in 2013. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at MADE Hoops, starting in 2014.
Chad Babel completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from St. John's University, graduating in 2007. Chad further pursued their studies at the University of Arkansas, where they obtained a Master's degree in Sports Management. Chad's secondary education was at Eastchester High School from 2000 to 2003.

MADE Hoops is the premier middle school basketball events company in the United States. We aim to achieve our goal of Maximizing Athlete Development and Exposure at all times. We host over 30 boys and girls basketball events a year all across the nation and had 19,000 athletes participated in MADE Hoops events in 2019. NBA players like Trae Young, RJ Barrett, Malik Monk, Michael Porter Jr., and Darius Garland all got their start with MADE Hoops. More MADE Hoops alumni like RJ Hampton, James Wiseman, Emoni Bates, and Lebron James Jr. have had exciting young careers and may end up in the NBA soon.
