Joseph McMillan

Joseph McMillan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Joseph started their career as a Junior Researcher at Dartington Service Design Lab in 2014. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Store Assistant at Ted Baker and as a Sales Assistant at Three, respectively. In 2013, they gained experience as a Barista at Starbucks, focusing on providing personalized customer service.

In 2018, Joseph volunteered at MCR Pathways as a Data Analyst, where they collected and reviewed data to monitor the impact of volunteer services on young people.
