Shoroq then joined Arab Bank in 2008, where they served as a Senior Customer Service Officer for ten years. In 2018, Shoroq joined MadfoatCom and held various roles, including Senior Business Development Officer, Business Development Team Lead, and currently as a Business Development Manager.
Shoroq Alqaissi pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Jordan, completing the program between 2002 and 2006.
