Sandhya Kal

Sandhya Kal is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in driving growth and performance in technology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Madhive since December 2024, Sandhya previously held similar roles at Simulmedia, where the focus was on enhancing TV advertising solutions. Earlier experiences include product management at American Express and associate product management at ZYLTER SOLUTIONS LAB, as well as a Design Thinking Consultant role at Duke University, where Sandhya developed innovative solutions during the pandemic. Prior to these roles, Sandhya worked as a Technical Project Manager at Integral Group, Inc., contributing to sustainability strategies in building engineering. Sandhya holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Duke University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
