Campos previously held the position of President of Americas Specialty Construction Chemicals at GCP Applied Technologies, where a significant turnaround was achieved, contributing to a successful sale of the company. Prior to that role, Campos served as President of Canada at Serta Simmons Bedding, where adept leadership was demonstrated within a complex portfolio company. Additional experience includes key positions at Kimberly-Clark, including Vice President & General Manager for KCP Latin America, and roles at McKinsey & Company and Procter & Gamble. Campos holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes, Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MS in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management.
