Fred Gump currently serves as the Vice President of Sales for the Heat Group at Madison Air since January 2024. Prior to this role, Fred held the position of Director of Sales for Eastern North America at Nortek Global HVAC from September 2022 to December 2023. Fred's extensive experience in sales includes leadership roles at Marley Engineered Products as Director of Sales and Regional Sales Manager, Trane Supply as Regional Supply Leader, and Trane as District Parts Manager. Fred began their career at White-Rodgers as Regional Sales Manager. Fred Gump earned a degree from Fairmont State University between 1983 and 1987.
