Gamil L. worked at Madison Performance Group from 2013 to present, where they held the role of Ecommerce Project Manager and Project Manager. In the role of Ecommerce Project Manager, Gamil worked with global and cross-functional teams to ensure the E-commerce portfolio was executed well, tracked and monitored performance for all catalog content projects, and provided direct feedback and analytics to improve response and revenue. As Project Manager, they monitored projects on an ongoing basis, worked with developers and stakeholders to solve bugs and any project impediments, and proactively communicated the project's progress on an on-going basis. Additionally, Gamil worked at the International Airport of Santo Domingo from 2011 to 2013 as Assistant - Director of Operations. In this role, they were awarded the “Best Improvement: Latin America Caribbean” award granted by Airport Service Quality program, maintained detailed administrative and procedural processes to improve accuracy and efficiency, and led development of KPIs/metrics of five departments.
Gamil L. obtained a Master of Science (MS) Professional Studies in Project Management and International Business from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2013. Prior to that, Gamil L. earned an A.S.S International Business from Tompkins Cortland Community College in 2009. Gamil L. also holds certifications from PMI and Rochester Institute of Technology in Project Management.
