Kelly Waldher

Kelly Waldher currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Zendesk, where responsibilities include leading global marketing, corporate communications, and sales teams while managing the company’s brand and global pipeline. Waldher also advises Madrona as a Founder Advisor. Prior experience includes a tenure as Vice President at Google, overseeing marketing for Google Workspace, and as Executive Vice President & General Manager at Qualtrics, managing various business units and overall P&L. Additional roles at Microsoft included General Manager of Microsoft 365, where Waldher led global product marketing for a significant product portfolio, and previous positions at Dow focused on sales and supply chain management. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Washington State University.
