Junping Cai

Junping Cai possesses extensive experience in research and development within the engineering sector, particularly focusing on control systems and product innovation. Currently serving as an R&D Control Specialist at Maersk Container Industry since April 2015, Junping has previously held the same title at Danfoss from January 2012 to September 2014, where responsibilities included optimizing electronic controllers for HVAC&R systems and conducting data analysis. Earlier roles encompassed R&D Engineer and Lecturer at the Mads Clausen Institute, where Junping engaged in innovative projects and taught various engineering courses. Additional experience includes a Lead Development Engineer position at Danfoss, along with earlier roles in purchasing engineering and production at Canon, Inc. Junping holds a PhD in Control Engineering from Aalborg University and advanced degrees in Mechatronics and Automatic Control from prominent universities.
