Monica Picca

Monica Picca is an experienced art director and designer currently serving as the Art Director at Maesa, where responsibilities include overseeing digital design for various beauty brands. In addition, Monica co-founded and continues to shape the visual identity of Rose & Ivy Journal while holding roles as a graphic designer, photographer, and writer. Past positions include freelance senior graphic designer for Saks Fifth Avenue and freelance graphic designer for BECCA Cosmetics. Monica spent several years at IFF as a Creative Lead and Graphic Designer, contributing to major fragrance marketing projects for well-known clients. Early career experiences include internships at notable organizations such as Macmillan and the New York International Children's Film Festival. Monica holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
