Tracey Giannini Duer

Tracey Giannini Duer serves as the Director of Operations at Maestro Cares Foundation since November 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Prior to this role, Tracey held the position of Director of Human Resources at The Signature Room at the 95th® from April 2022 to December 2023, and previously worked as the HR, Payroll and Benefits Specialist. Tracey's career also includes significant contributions as the Chief Of Operations at Milestone Therapy from 2007 to 2021, focusing on human resources, employee relations, and organizational management. Earlier roles include Service Coordinator at Indiana First Steps from June 2000 to June 2009, coordinating essential services for families, and Practice Manager for Dr. Michael Kelchak from August 1998 to September 2003, overseeing patient services and administrative tasks.
