Stephen Brown (MIET) has diverse work experience in various roles. Stephen started their career as a lifeguard at Harlow Swimming Pool from September 2004 to August 2007. Later, they worked as a lifeguard at Stewards School from October 2008. In 2005, Stephen began their engineering apprenticeship at London Stansted Airport, where they gained experience in different aspects of the engineering team while attaining their NVQ level 3 and HNC qualifications. Stephen continued working at Stansted Airport as an Electrical/Electronics Engineer starting from August 2009, responsible for routine maintenance and system improvement within the live passenger safety critical TTS system operating under ROGSrail regulation. Stephen is currently working as a Technical Lead for Security and Baggage Engineering at MAG (Airports Group) since April 2019.

Stephen Brown (MIET) began their education at Brays Grove with no specified start or end year. Stephen then attended Harlow College from 2003 to 2005, followed by Chelmsfor College from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they attended Colchester Institute.
