Dita Rītiņa earned their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Latvia Faculty of Business, Management and Economics, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Daily Leadership from Training Lab in May 2023, and as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from PeopleCert in May 2023.
