Terēze Možeika

Terēze Možeika started their work experience as a Recruitment Specialist at CVO Recruitment Latvia in August 2019. Terēze initially worked as a Data Entry Specialist, responsible for monitoring applications, entering resumes into the system, managing candidate testing, and processing documents. Terēze was then promoted to Recruitment Specialist, where their responsibilities included entering new recruitment projects into the system, creating and posting job ads, evaluating applications, searching for candidates, conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews, and managing general recruitment projects. Terēze later worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Latvijas Pasts from December 2020 to February 2021, and as a Human Resources Specialist at BLS Baltic Logistic Solutions from February 2021 to January 2022. Since January 2022, Terēze has been working as an HR Specialist/IT Recruitment specialist at Magebit.

Terēze Možeika earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rīga Stradiņš University, which they attended from 2016 to 2020.
