Stephan Ganne has extensive work experience in the IT and telecom industries. Stephan started their career in 1997 as a Telecom Engineer at France Telecom, where they worked on protocol specifications and standardization activities. Stephan then worked as a Telecom Project Manager at Global One before moving to Equant as a Telecom Engineer. At BEIJAFLORE, Stephan held the positions of Senior Telecom Consultant and Manager.
In 2012, Stephan joined Hub One as the Unified Communications Team Manager, where they were responsible for developing collaboration services. Stephan then joined Magellan Consulting - Groupe Magellan Partners in 2015 as a Manager, and later became the Senior Operations Manager. Stephan is currently serving as the Principal and Operations Director, where their responsibilities include leading IT programs, managing the IT project portfolio, and assisting with transformation programs for CIOs, CTOs, and IT Managers. Stephan is also accountable for staffing projects, hiring within the practice, and managing risks and invoicing. Stephan relies on a team of consultants and managers for project delivery, business development, and defining new service offers.
Stephan Ganne obtained a Master's degree in Electronics from ENSTA Paris from 1993 to 1996. Stephan also studied Electronics at RWTH Aachen University from 1995 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Pasteur from 1991 to 1993 where they focused on Sup et Spé P'. In addition, Stephan Ganne has earned certifications such as SAFe Agilist Certification from Safe.org in July 2019 and ITIL foundations from EXIN in 2007.
