Andre Pulec has extensive work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Andre is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Magenta Telekom since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Nagarro as an HR Expert / People Partner from September 2020 to December 2022. From September 2017 to August 2020, Andre held the position of HR Business Partner Operations CTIO at Magenta Telekom. Before joining Magenta Telekom, they worked at Today Experts GmbH as a Senior Consultant from January 2016 to August 2017, and as a Consultant from October 2011 to December 2015. Andre also briefly worked at BRZ Wien in 2011 in the Recruiting & Development department. Andre started their career in 2007 as a Heeressport Soldat at the Österreichisches Bundesheer (Austrian Armed Forces).
Andre Pulec attended Universität für Weiterbildung Krems from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued a non-degree program in Personalmanagement und Kompetenzentwicklung mit Neuen Medien - MA. In addition to their formal education, Andre has also obtained certifications in various fields. In December 2022, they received the IREB® Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering Foundation Level from the iSQI Group. Furthermore, in November 2021, they obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional certification from ICAgile.
