Mario F Machado, CSM, currently serves as Lead UX Designer at WB Games Boston since March 2023 and has been a Creative Director at Magic Button Labs since May 2021. As the Owner of X-Silium, established in June 2011, Mario has provided design and consulting services to various companies, including Unlimited Tomorrow, Senior Systems, and Cross Law Firm. Previous roles include Producer and Creative Manager at Chromatic Games (2020-2021), Product Designer and Design System Manager at ObserveIT (2019-2020), and Lead UI/UX Designer at Cambridge BioMarketing (2018-2019), where work included consulting for pharmaceutical firms like Sanofi and Akcea Therapeutics. Additionally, Mario has experience as a Lead UI/UX Designer at Blue Coda (2017-2018) and Liberty Mutual Insurance (2016-2017), and as a UI Designer for Dungeon Defenders 2 at Trendy Entertainment Inc (2014-2015). Mario also co-founded Happy Dog Music, LLP, serving as Music Supervisor from 2013 to 2015.
