Shailesh Lelran

Shailesh Lelran is a Product Manager currently at Builder.ai since September 2023, previously serving as Product Manager 2 at Ameyo from January 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included transitioning to Exotel after Ameyo's acquisition and enhancing the messaging stack. Shailesh has experience as an Executive Product Manager focusing on core ticketing features, SLA management, and chatbot integrations, alongside leading an alpha program for contact center workflows. Prior roles include Product Associate at Benepik, where digital employee experiences were crafted, an Ecommerce Intern at Soulflower Co Ltd conducting market research, and various internships in brand management and data analysis. Shailesh holds an MBA in Marketing and IT from DoMS, IIT Roorkee (2017-2019) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Goa (2012-2016).
