Tom Hoof

Tom Hoof is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the sports, entertainment, and education sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant and Chief Marketing Officer at MagicMakers® Group since July 2024, Tom specializes in empowering businesses and enhancing their operational effectiveness. As an Independent Contractor and Fractional CMO for Skyway-1 & Clutch Sports Marketing since June 2011, Tom has developed marketing strategies and campaigns for multiple industries, particularly sports and entertainment. Previous positions include Vice President of Marketing, Business Intelligence and Game Entertainment at Senators Sports & Entertainment, and Vice President of Marketing & Game Entertainment at the Arizona Coyotes, where Tom achieved substantial growth in attendance and social media engagement. Additionally, as Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Marketing & Communications at the University of South Florida, Tom restructured the department and significantly improved the university's web presence and media engagement. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Richmond.
