Zainab Mohammed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and program support. Currently serving as the Community Liaison Team Leader at MAG (Mines Advisory Group) since June 2019, Zainab also holds the position of Program Support Assistant at MNCH2, where work commenced in June 2017. Zainab completed a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the University of Maiduguri between 2009 and 2014.

We have worked in more than 40 countries since 1989, to save lives and build futures by 1) Reclaiming land contaminated with the remnants of conflict, such as landmines, cluster munitions, bombs, shells and mortars 2) Finding ways to reduce the daily risk of death or injury for civilians 3) Creating safe and secure conditions for development. MAG shared the 1997 Nobel Peace Prize as a founding member of the ICBL (International Campaign to Ban Landmines), for its work to ban landmines.
