Boris Shulkin

Boris Shulkin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Digital and Information Officer at Magna International since June 2011. In this role, Boris manages corporate research and development activities, leveraging analytical skills and deep automotive knowledge to address emerging needs within the new mobility landscape. Boris has held several leadership positions at Magna, including Executive Vice President of Technology and Investment and Senior Vice President of Technology and Development. Additionally, Boris serves as Vice President of R&D and Business Development at Uhnder, Inc. and is a member of its Board of Directors. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Statistics and a Master of Arts in Mathematics from WSU, as well as a Master of Science in Applied Math/Computer Science from BSU.
