Scott Paradise is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and marketing across the automotive industry. Currently serving as VP Sales & Marketing at Cadillac Products Automotive Company and Managing Director at SEP & Associates, LLC, Scott also holds the role of VP Marketing & Business Development for The Americas at Magna International, where responsibilities include overseeing governmental relations and customer interactions in Mexico and Brazil. Previous positions include EVP Global Sales & Marketing at Intier Automotive and Magna Seating Group, and Global VP Sales & Marketing at Douglas & Lomason Co., Inc., among others. Scott's career began as a Senior Cost Estimator at Northern Engineering, Inc., after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wayne State University.
