Sarah Willgress

Sarah Willgress is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with a diverse background in strategic branding and organizational communications. Currently serving as the Marketing and Communications Manager Global for Magna IV Engineering since April 2023, Sarah effectively communicates the vision of the Sunbelt Solomon family of brands. Previously, as the Manager of Strategic Marketing and Communications at Bird Construction, Sarah led corporate branding and communications strategies impacting thousands of employees across Canada. With earlier roles at Stuart Olson Inc. and PCL Construction Management Inc., Sarah demonstrated expertise in crisis communications, business development, and stakeholder engagement. Sarah's foundational experience began at Mackenzie Investments, which established strong customer service skills and business acumen. A graduate of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Sarah holds a degree in Administrative Information Management.
