Simon Läpple

Simon Läpple has had several roles throughout their work experience. Simon currently holds the position of Vice President, Sales DACH at Magnit Global, where they are responsible for offering integrated workforce management solutions to large global organizations. Prior to that, they worked at AgileOne as a Senior Director of Business Development, where they focused on developing solutions for clients in purchasing and managing external workforce. Simon also served as the Director of Business Development and Director of Operations at AgileOne. Before joining AgileOne, Simon worked at BERA GmbH as a Member of the Executive Board and Business Development Director, where they managed HR consultancy services and was responsible for the successful progression of the consultancy team. Earlier in their career, they worked at ep Projektmanagement GmbH as a Senior Project Manager, Sales and Project Manager, and Project Manager, where they managed various consulting mandates, handled customer care and sales, and developed project management resources.

Simon Läpple obtained a Master's degree in Economics/Business Sciences from the University of Hohenheim between the years 2000 and 2006. In 2009 and 2010, they earned a University Certificate in Restructuring Management from the Georg-Simon-Ohm Management Institute in Nürnberg.
