Gheorghe Silviu Gruber has had extensive work experience in manufacturing engineering roles. Gheorghe Silviu began their career at Electro Precizia in 1985 as a Manufacturing Engineer before progressing to the position of Senior Manufacturing Engineer Manager. In this role, they managed manufacturing programs for new product development and implemented continuous improvement initiatives. Gruber also designed manufacturing methods, fixtures, and tools, and developed industrialization plans. In 1998, they joined Neuvant Aerospace as a Sheet Metal Worker before transitioning to TECT Aerospace in 2001. At TECT Aerospace, Gruber held various roles, including Manufacturing Engineer, Estimator Engineer, and CNC Machinist 3. Gheorghe Silviu operated and modified CNC programs, set up and operated axis machines, and ensured quality and efficiency. Gruber joined magniX in 2020 as a Manufacturing Engineer, further expanding their expertise in the field.
