Steven Breiman

Steven Breiman is an accomplished real estate development and construction professional with over 35 years of diverse industry experience. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Planning and Development at Magnum Real Estate Group LLC since May 2007, Steven coordinates legal, design, and construction teams on projects valued at over $3 billion across New York City and Los Angeles. In addition, Steven is a planning and development professional at Thrive Living and the principal of Tenjin Realty Consulting LLC, specializing in residential, commercial, and retail developments. Notable past roles include serving as an owners' representative for a major $1 billion mixed-use project and as Director of Strategic Planning at Stamack Construction LLC. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Baruch College.
