Matt Neff

Matt Neff currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Maguire since July 2024. Prior to this role, Matt was the CFO at Henry Carlson Construction, LLC from August 2021 to July 2024 and held the position of Director of Finance & IT at Maguire Iron, Inc. between January 2019 and August 2021. Earlier in the career, Matt worked as CFO at Haarsma Construction from December 2017 to January 2019 and served as Senior Finance Manager at SONIFI Solutions, Inc. from January 2008 to December 2017. Matt began the professional journey as an Inside Sales Representative at Midcontinent Communications from November 2006 to January 2008. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Kansas and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Dakota.
