Ajit Kumar Panda

Ajit Kumar Panda possesses extensive experience in product development and validation within the electric vehicle sector. Currently serving as Manager of Product Development-Validation at Mahindra Last Mile Mobility since January 2022, Ajit previously held roles at JBM Group, progressing from Assistant Manager to Deputy Manager in R&D-EV between November 2018 and December 2021, where responsibilities included the preparation and execution of design validation plans for high voltage components and vehicle-level performance testing. Prior experience at Bajaj Auto Ltd from November 2011 to November 2018 involved electrification of internal combustion engine vehicles, electric vehicle integration, development of electrical and electronic architecture, and prototype validation. Ajit holds a PGDM in Operation Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lincoln University College, and a Diploma in Electronics from NTTF.
