Thaiseer Kayarpadav is an experienced engineering professional specializing in design and development within the automotive and energy sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Manager for Energy Storage System Design and Development at Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited, Thaiseer focuses on energy storage system architecture and next-generation battery pack innovation. Previous roles include Lead Engineer for Automotive Exhaust System Design at Faurecia, where responsibilities encompassed design leadership for Japanese projects and validation through FEA and CFD. With a strong foundation in automotive seating systems at Adient and extensive experience in bus design at KPIT, Thaiseer also began a career as a Design Engineer at Transline Conveyors. Educationally, Thaiseer holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from KVG College of Engineering.
