Rehan Farias is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Prior to this role, Rehan was Deputy General Manager - Human Resources and Head of Learning & Organizational Development at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. from July 2014 to March 2018. Rehan also held the position of Associate Vice President - Human Resources at Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company Ltd., managing HR business partnering and digital transformation efforts from February 2008 to July 2014, and began the career as a Specialist at Accenture Consulting. Rehan completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and holds a High School Diploma from St. Theresa's High School Bandra.
