Arletta Moore, MBA, CQE, currently serves as a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer at MAHLE since December 2022 and has been the Owner and Operator of GAM Industries LLC since April 2022, focusing on cargo transportation. Previous experience includes roles as an Independent Claims Adjuster at State Farm® and a Supplier Quality Engineer at GE Renewable Energy, where responsibilities involved improving supplier defect resolutions and coordinating material rework processes. Arletta has also contributed as a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer at Hitachi Automotive Systems and a Supplier Quality Engineer at Cummins Inc., along with serving as a Senior Test Engineer at Navistar Inc. Additionally, Arletta is an author and motivational speaker, having founded AMoore Enterprise.
