J. Marcelo Ganasevici

J. Marcelo Ganasevici is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and application engineering, currently serving as the Director of Sales and Application Engineering for ICE & Electrification Customers at MAHLE since July 2015. In this role, J. Marcelo has successfully led global sales and marketing initiatives for major accounts, including General Motors, while managing a diverse team to surpass targets. Additionally, J. Marcelo chairs the MAHLE North America DE&I Council, where initiatives have been launched to enhance diversity, secure funding for programs, and improve employee benefits. Prior to MAHLE, J. Marcelo held various leadership positions at Delphi, demonstrating a robust background in product line management and sales across multiple regions.
