Previously, Matthew founded Talanton Insurance, successfully leading the agency's growth to a prominent position in the Southwest surety bond market. Matthew's extensive experience includes roles at Snowden Investments, LLC, Minard-Ames Insurance Services, and JPMorgan Chase, where strategic and financial initiatives were implemented. Matthew holds a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University and possesses a diverse background in risk management, commercial insurance, and business consulting, contributing to a solid foundation in the insurance and financial sectors.
