Renate Burns

Renate Burns is an experienced professional with a strong background in deliverability operations and technical account management, currently serving as Team Lead - Deliverability Operations at Sinch Mailgun since August 2018. Prior to this role, Renate held various positions at Electronic Arts from March 2015 to April 2023, focusing on Facebook management and content localization for multiple EA brands. Renate's earlier experience includes technical support at Rackspace from January 2016 to August 2018 and digital records management at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology from January 2006 to July 2015. Renate holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, along with a Diploma in Network and System Administration from Næringsakademiet Trondheim.
