Mark Glowacz has worked in the IT industry since 1998. Mark began their career as a Webmaster at Dice.com and then moved to CreditMinders in 2000. In 2003, Mark became an IT Operations Engineer at VisionWeb. In 2005, they were appointed as the Director of Technology at St. Michael's Catholic Academy and then in 2009, they became the Network Administrator at the Texas Medical Board. That same year, Mark founded Tydan IT, a business technology solutions and managed services provider. In 2014, they were appointed as the Vice President and General Manager of the Aldridge Austin office. Finally, in 2017, Mark joined Mailprotector as the Vice President Partner Success, Director of Partner Success, and Director of Service. In this role, they were responsible for guiding the partner solutions team toward industry-leading support excellence for partners and customers. Mark Glowacz obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Information Systems from Drake University between 1995 and 2000. Mark also holds certifications in CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and Microsoft MCSA.
