Lisa Gladstone

Lisa Gladstone serves as a HARP Care Manager at Maimonides Medical Center since April 2016, focusing on community care management for high-risk populations with chronic medical and severe mental health issues. Lisa is HARP and CTI certified and manages all aspects of care, documentation, and advocacy, from comprehensive assessments to case closures. Prior to this role, Lisa held various positions at VillageCare Community Care Management, including Care Management Team Leader and Intake Care Manager, where responsibilities included supervising a team, managing extensive patient caseloads, and conducting detailed intake assessments. Additionally, Lisa has experience as an Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor at Housing Works East New York and as a Private Investigator with Robert Jackson & Associates. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Interdisciplinary Humanities from New College of California and is CASAC-eligible. Furthermore, Lisa possesses diverse theatrical training across several key locations.
