Alyse Federsel currently serves as the Director of Organizational Development & Talent Management at Main Line Health, a position held since July 2023. In this role, Alyse focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness by aligning learning and development initiatives with business goals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and engagement, and supporting talent management strategies. Prior to this, Alyse worked at Vanguard from September 2000 to July 2023, serving in various roles including Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, Communication and Change Management Program Manager, and Change Analyst. Alyse holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Saint Joseph's University, as well as change management certification from Prosci, obtained in July 2018.
