Since January 2014, Douglas has served as a Senior Application Specialist at Main Line Health, providing advisory-level support for complex application issues and facilitating solution discussions while mentoring team members. Prior roles at Main Line Health include IT Integration Engineer, where responsibility involved managing Medical Device Integration systems, and Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Application Analyst, focusing on integrated systems and data management. Douglas began a career at Siemens Healthineers in May 2008 as a Systems Analyst, taking on roles such as Test Lead and Customer Support Analyst, supporting software development and providing IT support to healthcare professionals. Douglas holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Networking and Security from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
