Maral Parciael has extensive experience in human resources and technology, holding various leadership positions in notable organizations. At Main Line Health from July 2021 to February 2025, Maral served as AVP of Total Rewards, Technology & Employee Experience, as well as AVP of Corporate Shared Services & Employee Experience, and System Director of HRIS. Prior to this, Maral worked at Saint Peter’s Healthcare System as HR Transformation Manager from October 2017 to July 2021. Maral also contributed as a Board Member for IHRIM from January 2019 to December 2020 and held the role of Sr HRIS Manager at Southeastern Grocers from June 2016 to January 2018. Earlier career experience includes serving as HRIS Manager at Memorial Health System (IL) from April 2015 to June 2016. Maral holds an MBA in Business from Valdosta State University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
