Pam Teufel has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Pam is currently a Board Member at Greater Philadelphia Business Coalition on Health since 2022. Previously, they held roles such as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at Main Line Health in 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Saint Peter's Healthcare System from 2017 to 2021, where they oversaw HR and employee health functions and led a transformation of the HR function. Pam was also the Chief People Officer at DermOne - Dermatology, Cosmetic & Scarless Vein Center from 2015 to 2017, where they focused on developing people systems and employer branding. Moreover, they served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Thomas Jefferson University from 2012 to 2015, where they were responsible for the entire HR function. Additionally, they held leadership positions at Temple Health – Temple University Health System and Scripps Health, where they led HR functions for large healthcare organizations. Pam also gained experience in HR operations and people vision as the Divisional Director of Human Resources at LabCorp. Before entering the healthcare industry, they worked at Wegmans Food Markets and Gilmore Communications 1470 WTKO, where they provided HR support and served as an evening anchor, respectively.
Pam Teufel obtained an MBA degree with a concentration in Human Resources from Strayer University from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Ithaca College from 1990 to 1994 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. Additionally, they hold various certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from SHRM and multiple professional development courses from LinkedIn.
