Richard Prebble is by profession a lawyer. As a Government Minister, Richard was responsible for creating SOEs, deregulating telecommunications and broadcasting, reforming ports, airports, railways and aviation.
Today he chairs a group of telecommunication companies. Richard has been elected a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
