Jason joined Mainsail Partners in 2014. He works closely with a number of portfolio companies.
Jason currently serves on the board of Centerbase, PlanHub, Fullbay and GTreasury. In 2018, Jason served as the Chief of Staff at GTreasury. During his tenure at GTreasury, the company expanded internationally and acquired Visual Risk.
Prior to joining Mainsail, Jason was an Investment Banker at Raymond James & Associates in Nashville, TN. While at Raymond James, Jason advised on a number of M&A transactions for leading public and private companies across a number of sectors.
Jason graduated from Vanderbilt University where he earned a B.A. in Economics, minoring in Financial Economics and Corporate Strategy.
