Siyanda Ncwane (Pr.Eng) is a highly experienced Principal Grid Engineer at Mainstream Renewable Power, with a strong background in strategic grid planning and network development acquired during tenure at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd, where roles included Chief Engineer and Senior Engineer. Prior experience includes positions at Plessey as a Solutions Specialist in Electric & Power and Grinpal Energy Management as Team Leader for Technical Support and Production Support Engineer. Siyanda Ncwane holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand Business School.
