Edward Lam

Edward Lam has worked for four companies in the past six years. In 2022, they began working as a Revenue Operations Analyst at MaintainX. In 2021, they started working as a Business Operations Specialist at ACTO. In 2020, they were a Contract Administrator at Kira Systems, where they were responsible for reviewing contracts, managing client accounts in Salesforce and using JIRA Software to ensure client privileges were in accordance with contractual agreements. Edward also worked closely with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance, Sales, Systems, Compliance, Support and Customer Value. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Foresters Financial as a Contracting & Onboarding Specialist and a New Business Administrator. As a Contracting & Onboarding Specialist, they were responsible for reviewing insurance agent applications and conducting background checks to ensure their eligibility. As a New Business Administrator, they assessed life insurance applications and worked closely with Case Managers, Underwriters and IT Systems staff. Edward also provided extensive on the job training to ensure new-hires successfully completed their certification and became a valued member of the Quality Review Team.

Edward Lam completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management at York University between 2010 and 2014.
