Sean currently holds the position of President & CEO at MAINWAY Metalworks, a company formed through the acquisition and rebranding of various entities. Prior to this, they served as the President of Armactool. Sean Brown also worked as a Partner at Summit Ridge Capital, where they focused on acquiring small private companies in manufacturing, distribution, and industrial services. Earlier in their career, they held leadership roles at Egan Visual, Carpedia International, Angstrom Power, and various other companies. Sean'sexpertise lies in manufacturing, finance, and operations.

Sean Brown earned their MBA degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in History from Western University. In 2008, they also obtained a CPA certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada).
